Its a journey that started in September 2025 when we paid for the new electric connection. What followed was a lengthy permissions process followed by the install of the cable across our land. This was then followed by the upgrade of the over head lines to three phase and finally the installation of a meter by the electricity company.
This week after our electrical contractors had already completed most of the electrical work prior to switch on, we were able to power up the pods and lights around the lake. There is still some work to complete but it is fantastic to be able to turn on a light and run tools without a generator.
